These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the f4444 platform, including the website, all casino games, sports betting services, payment facilities, promotional offers, and customer support services operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to every person who accesses, browses, or registers on the f4444 platform, regardless of the device or browser used.

f4444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit is ৳200 per transaction. There is no stated maximum deposit limit per transaction unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

f4444 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed in full before any associated bonus winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses and free spins expire after a specified validity period. Expired bonus funds and uncompleted wagering requirements are forfeited automatically without exception.

• All non-live casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Results cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any party, including f4444.

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same name or different personal details, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to place bets, generate bonus completions, or interact with the platform in a way not available to ordinary human users.
• Using the platform to launder money, process proceeds of criminal activity, or conduct any transaction that is unlawful under applicable law.

f4444 cooperates with relevant authorities in cases involving fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity. Evidence of such conduct may be disclosed to appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

f4444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all registered players. The following tools are available within your account settings after login:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you are automatically logged out, helping you manage time spent on the platform.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, further wagering is suspended for the remainder of that period.

• f4444 has reasonable grounds to suspect the account is being used for fraud, money laundering, or any illegal purpose, or that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2.
• f4444 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, court order, or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, f4444 reserves the right to void and retain any bonus funds or winnings obtained through prohibited conduct. Where an account is closed at the player's own request with no outstanding violations, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f4444, its operators, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the f4444 platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption, even if f4444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. f4444's total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

f4444 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or uninterrupted. f4444 will make reasonable efforts to restore service following any interruption and will notify players of planned maintenance periods where practicable.

f4444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, f4444 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered contact method or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of f4444 after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing f4444's platform operations. Any dispute between a player and f4444 arising from these Terms, any game result, payment transaction, or account decision should first be submitted to f4444 customer support for resolution. f4444 will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
